[Entropy] Description: LinkMarket is not as advanced and a bit more work, but its still free and a great way of making sure you’re link exchange is handled well. On linkmarket you can choose which members you want to exchange with, and it verifies that the links have been created before asking you to make yours. You also get asked, and frequently, which it notifies you about via mail. You can then approve / deny the linking and you manually add the link to you’re site.

I'd agree with fryman, linkmarket does nothing that you can't do yourself - you just get the pleasure of being forced to answer viagra link exchange requests instead of just deleting them from your inbox.

Especially on a niche site such as real estate, the webmasters of all the popular real estate forums eventually get to know (or at least know of) each other. By swapping links with a few of these sites, others will start to see "this site is popping up all over the place" and check you out too.
