Google Bourbon Revisited

schestowitz.comhttp://schestowitz.com/Weblog [schestowitz.com] Unlike the many rumours, an article from WWW Coder draws a clearer picture: Google is undergoing some of the most sweeping changes in its short, seven year history. As of next week, Google will have finished sorting what might be its largest algorithm shift ever as the final points of the 3.5 part Bourbon Update were installed last Monday.

http://www.seoresource.net [Seoresource.net] Google Bourbon Update Has Many Seeing Double: Long holiday weekends are prime time to roll out new updates so its no surprise that Google took advantage of the search slowdown this past Memorial weekend in order to start implementing the Bourbon update. Having a weather report is fine for letting everyone know that an update is occurring, but a little advanced warning would be even better.
